| First Step: | Choose. We help you choose and configure your host truck for maximum placing capacity. You might be spec’ing out a new truck/mixer unit or considering a truck you have in your fleet. We walk through which conveyor model might best suit your Ready Mix Operation and your host truck preference. |

| Second Step: | Build. We build and deliver your conveyor. |

| Third Step: | Install. We perform a custom installation at your facility. We work with the assistance of your mechanic who through the installation process is introduced to the equipment, its functions and maintenance requirements. Your THEAM technician does all the structural work. |

| Fourth Step: | Roll Out. Your new THEAM conveyor unit is ready for its first Systems Check – Radio, Belt, Transit Alert Devices, Transit Lock, Pendant and general functionality. Adjustments are made. Tests are run. Conveyor/truck height is measured, Batch Plant clearance checked and Safety/Operational Decals applied. There will be some finishing paint on the pivot and pedestal left for your shop to complete but the conveyor installation will be complete. |

| Fifth Step: | Train. Toward the end of the installation, we pull in your designated Operator and Sales Team to assist in the final Systems Check and Safety Operation Demo. For a jump-start to your Placing program, your Operator tries his hand at the controls following the installation under the tutoring of our technician, and is drilled on Safety and Proper THEAM conveyor operation before he heads off to the yard to practice pouring stone. |

| Sixth Step: | Follow-Up! The week or so we spend during a Custom Installation lets everyone put a face to a name. That encourages the Mechanic and Operator to contact us when they have a question. So starts a cycle of “dependability”. And as things go, your staff will change from time to time. We realize training those new employees is important. We work with companies to perform regular Training Seminars and provide Train-Up opportunities for THEAM end-users as part of our Tec Trip Series or during a subsequent conveyor installation. |
