This looks like a THEAM conveyor job

Not ALL jobs are Conveyor  P l a c I n g  Jobs- of course.

Concrete pump boom stretched across a job site to reach an easy point of pour

But…..What’s Wrong with this Picture?

The real question is how much is saved when you match the job to the right piece of equipment?    It’s considerable.

A pump that has to “M” its way to the point of pour,  isn’t delivering Efficiency or the best concrete.

This is clearly an example of Lost Opportunity.   The “point of pour” in this instance is easy to reach with a conveyor.   A conveyor could have handily brought the concrete and the placing.   For continuous flow,  subsequent mixers could have “tailgated” into the conveyor.

The results would have been a substantial savings to the contractor, or ultimately the customer.  The results would have been a substantial income to the Ready-Mix supplier for service provided.

And perhaps the biggest carrot is being able to handle these jobs between two,  not three entities;   the Ready-Mix supplier and the Concrete Contractor.   When one call brings the concrete and the Placing,  there is an enormous convenience factor.   No scheduling headaches that move back site progress.    And,  yes,  time is money.

SMALL PACKAGE,  BIG RESULTS
